Strong Enough To Win
“He will also strengthen you to the end, so that you may be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” - 1 Corinthians 1:8
Each of us has a purpose and a calling. We have all been called to use whatever gifts and resources we have to make the world a better place.
It’s not easy live our purpose. We have many obstacles to overcome both internally within ourselves and externally in the world. We sometimes feel discouraged and defeated. We too many times find ourselves tired and exhausted.
The Apostle Paul knew all these feelings. He faced them himself. But he also knew about the power of God’s love within and among. The power within us is greater than any obstacle before us.
The word blameless in the verse quoted above literally means not subject to accusation or blame. It means that no one will ever be able to accuse us of slacking off, giving up, or giving in because we have been given the power to face any and every challenge that comes our way.
In modern parlance, we have been made strong enough to win. Believe that.
