A Prayer for Lives That Lift Others

Loving God,

You are the One who blesses.

You open doors.

You create opportunity.

You give strength, vision, and favor.

And sometimes we forget why.

We want our work to count.

We want our efforts to be noticed.

We hope success will finally tell us we belong.

Reorder our hearts.

Remind us that Your blessing was never meant to stop with us.

If You lift us,

let it be so we can lift someone else.

If You expand our influence,

let it widen access for others.

If You strengthen our name,

let it be strength for those still climbing.

Guard us from rising above at the expense of others.

Teach us to raise others up.

Make us people who do not cling to what we gain,

but use it generously.

Let our success be shaped by love.

Let our striving serve the common good.

Let our lives become blessing.
