Loving God,
Sometimes our days fill up quickly—
and we feel the pressure
to keep producing,
to keep accomplishing,
to keep moving.
In the midst of all that,
it can be easy to skip
spending time with one another.
We begin to treat connection
as something extra—
something we’ll get to
when everything else is done.
Remind us
that fellowship,
shared meals,
and time together
are not distractions.
They are part of the life
that forms and sustains us.
Help us make space
to be with one another.
To sit together,
to listen,
to share in simple moments
that draw us closer.
Teach us to receive these moments
not as interruptions,
but as something essential.
